A 3PL distributor with multiple clients in Garland is looking to add a Warehouse Coordinator to their team. Their largest customer is a plumbing parts manufacturer.

As a Warehouse Planner Coordinator, you will be supporting the Operations Manager and Fulfillment Team. You will be assisting with the TL, LTL, and courier shipments. If you have strong problem-solving skills, great multi-tasking abilities, excellent organizational capabilities, and a good understanding of planning and scheduling, you will excel in this role.

This full-time, temporary-to-hire job provides a great opportunity to add to your skills and grow with this organization.

Warehouse Planner Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Process and Organize Customer Orders
  • Oversee all paperwork associate with orders
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with Customers
  • Operate computer systems

Warehouse Planner Coordinator Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Warehouse Coordinator
  • Experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Previous experience processing customer orders (wave, print/organize paperwork)
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Pay: $18-$19/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
