• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of a fast-paced warehouse operation; experience of this is essential.

• Understand and execute relevant health and safety policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure all warehouse operational tasks are conducted in a timely manner.
• Ensure the warehouse layout is followed to maximise space and optimise order processing.
• Lead, manage the team through training, coaching and setting performance expectations through regular 121s and upholding company values.
• Uphold standards of cleanliness and equipment is kept in a serviceable state.
• Work with internal and stakeholders within the business to drive standards and performance.
• Champion process improvements
• Actively participate in warehouse management meetings by providing insights, discussing challenges and celebrating achievements.

Salary: £35,750 – £37,950 (Includes 10% shift allowance; overtime if applicable) – Dependent on ExperienceContract: Full TimeOnsite Working: Weekly rotating shift pattern (AM and PM); starting time varies dependant on shift. Must be flexible to work weekends if required.Benefits include but are not limited to:
