What you’ll do as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise loading/unloading of stock and deliveries.
• Assign tasks and manage warehouse staff.
• Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety processes.
• Conduct investigations and root cause analysis.
• Promote a positive food safety culture.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations

What you need to be a Warehouse Supervisor:

• High school diploma or GED; 2-4 years of related experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Datex, and Paychex Flex
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands
