Mid-Shift Warehouse Supervisor – Direct-Hire – Hiring Now!Are you a motivated leader with warehouse experience looking for an opportunity to drive efficiency and optimize operations?THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a global distributor to find a Warehouse/Operations Supervisor II to lead Mid-shift operations (M-F, 11 am-8 pm) at their distribution facility 30+ miles southwest of Savannah, GA. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse functions, ensuring efficient workflows, and aligning operations with company objectives.Essential Job Duties:

• Guide and mentor warehouse team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day workflow, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and introduce strategies that enhance warehouse productivity.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts while providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Uphold OSHA standards and company safety policies, ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, safety, on-time delivery, and efficiency.
• Coordinate the maintenance of warehouse tools and equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
• Work closely with Operations Managers, Leads, and other Supervisors to achieve daily goals and maintain high-quality standards.
• Apply critical thinking and data-driven decision-making to address challenges and streamline warehouse activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience required.
• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience required.
• Certification to operate warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, and Swing Reach Trucks) required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required; experience with RF Handheld devices is preferred.
• Strong ability to convey information clearly, motivate teams, and influence without direct authority
• Proven ability to develop, coach, and support team members. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:

• Position will be stationed at the Midway, GA facility – 100% onsite.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday – Mid-Shift hours – 11 am to 8 pm.
• Salaried position – pay ranges from $65k to $75k annually.
• Direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits package included.
