- Provide oversight to management, direction, and development of the division across various areas of the organization.
- Develop strategies and effectively lead teams to accomplish goals.
- Ensure maintenance of quality standards.
- Cultivate relationships both internally and externally.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Wealth Management Director:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA or CFA preferred
- 10+ years related experience
- 5+ years direct supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
