• Provide oversight to management, direction, and development of the division across various areas of the organization.
• Develop strategies and effectively lead teams to accomplish goals.
• Ensure maintenance of quality standards.
• Cultivate relationships both internally and externally.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Wealth Management Director:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA or CFA preferred
• 10+ years related experience
• 5+ years direct supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual

• Detail oriented and deadline driven
