This part-time, remote position requires approximately 30-40 hours of work per month, focusing on website maintenance and implementing necessary changes. The role offers an excellent opportunity for a beginner-level developer to gain practical experience in a real-world business environment, with the potential for ongoing work and future projects.Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance on the car rental website to ensure smooth operation
  • Implement necessary updates and changes to the existing Laravel-based website
  • Debug and fix any issues that arise in the website’s functionality
  • Optimize website performance and load times
  • Assist in adding new features or modifying existing ones as required

Requirements

  • Beginner-level experience with Laravel framework and PHP
  • Basic understanding of MVC architecture
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Basic knowledge of database management, particularly MySQL
