We are currently hiring for a full-time permanent Welder to join a growing Fabrication Team in the Cloverdale, BC area. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skillset and grow your career in manufacturing!Day Shift: Monday to Friday
Time: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Wage: $28-30/hr based on experience and certifications
Location: Cloverdale, BC

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings, including weld symbols
• Plasma cutting & welding
• Some fitting, using Jigs & Fixtures
• Follow safe work practices and procedure
• Check and fit flange/Plate /ports and antenna mounts

Qualifications

• Previous xperience as a fabrication welder is required
• Experience working with steel an asset
• Proficient in using Flux and/or Stick Welding (flat, horizontal or all positions)
• CWB FCAW Certification preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and clients
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude
• Steel-toed boots required; own welding helmet preferred but can be supplied
