Job RequirementsThe Wellness Space Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for guests at the SAX Club.This space includes:

• A fitness area equipped with the latest technologies.
• A relaxation and chill-out area featuring a hammam and sauna.
• An outdoor pool and jacuzzi.
• Two treatment rooms offering bespoke massages, as well as facial and body treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a presence at the reception of the SAX Club and ensure a high-quality customer experience within the space.
• Welcome guests and guide them through treatments.
• Promote the range of treatments, massages, and SAX Club memberships to external clients.
• Ensure the satisfaction of external members.
• Suggest improvements to develop the offerings and profitability of the SAX Club.
• Oversee daily communication with external service providers and coordinate therapists.
• Monitor stock levels of skincare products, hygiene items, and other consumables, and place orders when needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the wellness space.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the wellness space.

Work ExperienceProfile:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in managing a wellness space, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Exceptional service orientation with a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
• Impeccable presentation and professional conduct at all times.
• Discretion, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Languages: Fluency in both French and English is essential.
• Knowledge in wellness and treatments: Expertise in skincare techniques, massages, and general wellness practices. A background in massage therapy, esthetics, or a similar field would be a plus.
