The Technology Consulting solution is seeking a Privacy Managing Director to join our growing team.

Managing Directors are focused on developing business opportunities in the marketplace and are valuable leaders within our organization and the business community. Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Ability to create, develop and lead teams that conduct data privacy risk and compliance assessments for clients across numerous regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, NYDFS, and other new data privacy laws. These assessments may include Data security, security breach notifications, privacy by design, legitimate interest, and purpose limitation and fair processing.
Ability to sell and plan client programs and lead consulting teams that undertake complex data privacy compliance implementation programs for clients in support of global data privacy regulations.
Ability to define, create, develop, and lead data privacy teams at national and global basis. Leadership experience of teams including consultants, senior consultants, managers, senior managers, associate directors, directors.
A solid foundation in data privacy compliance policy, governance and risk processes and objectives.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in all aspects of internal and consulting relationships.
Understanding of commonly used internal control frameworks, risk frameworks and regulatory/compliance methodologies.
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and developing key deliverables, including process flows, work programs, reports, and control summaries
Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple engagements and work streams with various clients.
Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Advanced program management and status reporting capabilities.
Ability to network and build relationships.
Identify opportunities and establish and track a sales pipeline.
Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing data protection programs.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Law or Business-Related Field).
15+ years working in consulting, assurance services, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
Professional Certifications such as CIPP/US and /EU, CIPM, FIP, CHPC, CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or GIAC are strongly preferred.
It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation.

Protiviti operates in a hybrid environment. Travel can occur throughout the month based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.

Protiviti provides paid Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service. A new hire receives up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. For every 3 years of service, our people receive an additional 3 days of CTO, up to a maximum of 30 days per year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year. We offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan, with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions for eligible employees.
