Hours: 39 hrs per week Mon- Wed 7am – 5:30pm, Thurs 7am – 4:30pm (30 min lunch) (Friday, Saturday, and Sundays off)Salary: £14.50 – £15ph (dependant on experience)Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, healthcare, overtime optionsAdecco are excited to be working alongside their client based in Chelmsford, who are looking to hire a Wet Treatments Operator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.You will be responsible for carrying out a range of pre paint chemical treatments on Aluminium, Titanium and Stainless-Steel Aerospace components.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret drawing data both first and/or third angle projection

• Assist in lifting of heavy components when required

• Work to simple instructions given on paperwork and other documents

• Adherence to various, stringent customer specifications

• Adhere to health and safety requirements at all times

• To be a team player and work extra overtime hours as required by the business both early and late

• Ability to work varied shift pattern as required by the Company

• Perform any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of the wet treatments process would be an advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

• An understanding of the different types of metals would be advantageous.
