Are you an experienced admin with familiarity around computers and phone systems? Do you consider yourself a multi-tasker? This is a month-long temporary contract working with a company in Vancouver, WA could be a great fit for you! This company is a leading provider of climate control solutions for air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration products. In this role, you would be working as a Will Call Clerk. You will spend majority of your time working the will call counter and supporting customers with their orders. You will be working with customers in person, over the phone, and over email. The rest of the time, you will be working in the warehouse pulling customer orders and completing cycle counts. This position is predicted to be about a month long but may go on longer, must be flexible!

Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
Will Call Clerk Job Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Experience with microsoft/HP systems, excel, office and word
- Experience with answering and transferring calls
- Problem Solving Skills
