We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Will Writer.Main duties & responsibilities include:
Independently managing own workload
Taking initial instructions from clients
Preparing and advising on Wills of various complexity, writing powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation and ensuring that all documents are legally accurate and professionally written
Responsible for providing high quality, timely, professional advice
Correspondence with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals
Attending clients in their own environment as required
Ensuring that all enquiries involving complex trusts, IHT advice etc, are referred to the partner
Maintain accurate and organised client files and documentation on the company’s computer system
Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition and client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated
You will have/be:
Prior experience working within a practice and must have experience of drafting wills and advising clients in relation to estate planning matters
Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients’ needs
Confident IT skills
High attention to detail
Must have own transport
STEP qualification preferable or Will writing/estate planning qualification

Salary (Market rate)
