  • We’re hiring! Join our brand-new team of nine Women’s Health Specialists dedicated to launching an innovative first-in-class women’s health product. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of a groundbreaking launch, making a tangible impact on patient care.
  • As a Women’s Health Specialist focusing on menopause, you will drive the introduction of our pioneering treatment, working closely with General Practitioners (GPs), gynaecologists, endocrinologists, sexual health consultants, nurses, and pharmacists. Your goal is to improve patient pathways, enhance access to high-quality menopause care, and align with NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and championing the product within your territory. A key part of your role will be to engage and develop stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of the product into local services. You will also identify and address barriers to access, influencing local treatment pathways, guidelines, and protocols.
  • This is your chance to take ownership of your territory, working within a highly collaborative team and reporting directly to the Commercial Business Manager (CBM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between NHS stakeholders, improving cross-disciplinary approaches to menopause management.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan, feeding into regional and national strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with primary and secondary care professionals, ensuring broad adoption of our innovative treatment.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving targets through effective engagement with Consultants, Hospital Nurses, Hospital Pharmacists, Lead GPs, and Other Relevant Decision Makers (ORDMs).
  • Simplify the complex NHS environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the evolving landscape.
  • Develop tailored value propositions with clinical stakeholders to optimise access and advocacy for our product.

What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong pharmaceutical sales experience with a deep understanding of the NHS.
  • Proven success in launching a new product and driving market adoption.
  • Experience working with GPs and secondary care settings.
  • Business acumen with the ability to deliver effective territory forecasts and strategic planning.
  • Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Life sciences-related degree preferred.
  • Experience in women’s health would be advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent.
  • ABPI (Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry) qualification is essential.
