Workday Learning & Talent SpecialistWorking at our iconic office in King’s Cross, London, and virtually via Microsoft TeamsYou’ll deliver:

  • Support to the team, leveraging data and analytics capabilities within Workday’s Talent & Performance modules to support strategic decision-making around employee development, engagement, and performance.
  • Course campaigns, learning pathways and curricula in Workday Learning.
  • Tracking enrolments, completions and certifications, ensuring compliance with learning & performance requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to course accessibility, completion tracking, or system errors.

What you’ll bring:

  • In-depth knowledge of Workday Talent & Learning, including course creation, content management, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Workday business processes, security settings, and other Workday modules like HCM (Human Capital Management).
  • Experience with report creation, data visualisation, and metrics tracking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution capabilities to handle technical issues or learning platform errors.

  • Ability to make recommendations for system improvements and process optimisation.
