Manheim Vehicle Services, a leader in vehicle preparation and remarketing solutions, is looking for a Workshop Team Leader to help manage and enhance our workshop operations.About UsManheim Vehicle Services supports customer de-fleeting and offers a wide range of vehicle preparation services, including wholesale and retail-ready solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting diverse needs with agility and precision.Your RoleAs a Workshop Team Leader, you will report to the Workshop Controller and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the daily workload of the workshop and coordinating with departments such as Bodyshop, Mechanical, and Parts to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Scheduling work based on customer needs, job complexity, and parts availability.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and escalating issues to the appropriate teams.
• Overseeing vehicle progress, addressing upgrades/downgrades, and ensuring quality standards.
• Moving vehicles within the workshop and handling light part fitments as required.
• Maintaining workshop cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards.

What You BringWe’re looking for someone with:

• A full driving license (essential).
• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions and liaise effectively with various teams.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure without compromising on quality.
