Reporting to the Lead Systems Analyst, you will join our dynamic enterprise applications team with a primary focus on Yardi Senior Living. You’re a collaborator who loves solving problems with technology and using your good interpersonal and organizational skills to build positive relationships. We’ll surround you with people who are as passionate about technology and innovation as you are.What you will be doing

  • Evaluate current Yardi environment and recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Stay current on new offering from Yardi and evaluate for usefulness in our environment.
  • Recommend, test, and implement Yardi features, modules, plug-ins, enhancements, etc.
  • Apply business analysis methodology to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs from key stakeholders.
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring ITs understanding of business requirements and providing sound technical solutions to business needs.
  • Focus on advanced requests and incidents requiring a deeper level of knowledge.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues, working closely with others in IT to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
  • Maintain and develop custom Yardi reports, workflows and menu sets.
  • Create custom SQL reports, correspondence, and reporting packages as needed for accounting, senior EHRx and property management.
  • Work with other 3rd party software and service providers to create automated integrations and RPA processes.
  • Assist with Yardi conversions for new property acquisitions and set-ups.

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience Yardi, preferably Senior Living using Property Management & Accounting, CRM, EHRx, Procure to Pay, Wellness, Payment Processing or Construction Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • A knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis.
  • A knowledge of SQL Server databases, SSRS, Yardi Report writing and queries
  • Ability to think independently and analytically and make recommendations based on observations.
  • Familiarity with Senior living, basic accounting principles, or both.
  • Experience with Yardi 7S core, Voyager Senior Housing, RentCafe Senior CRM, EHR, Payment Processing, RentCafe Senior Living, RentCafe Wellness, Procure to Pay, Job Cost, Vendor Café.
  • Any experience with Salesforce or UIPath considered an asset.
