You will be working directly with young mums and babies experiencing homelessnessWorking within the scheme you will support with the continued, safe provision of accommodation for the customers living in our schemes.You will play a key role in signing up new customers to the service and supporting them through their housing journey. The role will involve working with the team, Group employees and outside agencies and professionals to deliver a holistic service that is of the highest standard. You will be working closely with our customers to develop a person-centred support plan, and deliver housing management services.Shifts ae on a rota basis of:
