We’re hiring for a full-time position in Durham starting in January 2025 until the end of the academic year.We believe in empowering students to unlock their full potential and become confident, well-rounded individuals. Our school is renowned for its inclusive environment, exceptional academic programs, and commitment to nurturing students’ personal growth. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our students’ development and building strong connections within our school community.As a dedicated Youth Worker, you will have the privilege of working closely with students aged 11-16 to inspire, guide, and support their personal, social, and emotional development.Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and delivering engaging activities that promote positive youth development.
- Providing mentoring and pastoral support to individual students or small groups.
- Creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging.
