Youth Worker – Airplay

Airplay Clubs are for children aged eight to 18, which includes our digital Airplay Connect service and Ben Clubs which provide fun activities for children aged five to seven.We need you to join us every:
Monday 3:45pm – 6:00pm for our Senior Airplay sessions (11-18),
Tuesday 3:45pm – 9:00pm for our Ben Club (5 – 7) and Junior (8 – 10) sessions.
This amounts to 7.5 hours per week in total, with plenty of overtime opportunities.Working times may change in holiday periods to cover activity programmes so some flexibility would be useful. Any timings of hours and/or overtime would be agreed in partnership with your line manager.Reporting to the Station Youth Worker, an Airplay Worker supports with the delivery of a range of outreach and centre based youth work with young people aged 5-18 years and in line with the Airplay Theory of Change and YMCA Youth Work Strategy and Principles. Hours per week: 7.5
Working Pattern: Monday 15:45 – 21:00 & Tuesday 15:45 – 18:00One YMCA and its subsidiaries, the Early Childhood Partnership (ECP) and Signpost are on an exciting journey to double our impact by 2025.
