The post-holder must maintain good contacts within the Group and internal departments and share information to assist in the provision of an effective and high quality service.More about your roleReporting to the Head of Accounting, you will issue arrears reports and respond to any tenant queries in a timely and efficient manner. As well as assisting the team in the allocation of queried receipts, you will provide support to the wider business.Please be advised this is a part time role, you will work 3 full days a week (any three days of your choice Monday to Friday).More about youThe ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be comfortable working with a range of MS tools such as Excel. Stakeholder engagement and time management skills are also desired.At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, a basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.Experience & Skills

  • Experience in an administration role (if you have worked in a Credit Control role that is preferred but not essential)
  • A proven track record of working with MS packages such as Excel,
  • A familiarity of RICS Service Charge Code.
