Recruitment CoordinatorWe are working on an interesting opportunity with a private equity firm in an exciting stage of growth. With around 100 people based in well connected Mayfair offices, they have expanded their team significantly, and are an ambitious firm. At the same time, they have built an incredibly open and communicative culture, and take pride in their work.The HR team is looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Recruitment Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This role will be a key player in their hiring operations and this individual will coordinate various stages of the candidate journey including interview scheduling, test administration and feedback documentation.THE ROLE:This recruitment coordinator role will be fast paced and varied. Day to day will include:
- High volumes of interview scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers
- Sending calendar invites and confirmations
- Last minute rescheduling
- Setting up the tests
- Candidate management (all senior level hires)
- Organise interview feedback
- Applicant tracking (Excel)
- Point of contact for candidates
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
The successful candidate can come from either an executive assistant or HR focused background. A strong level of communication and organisation skills are key for success, as well as being proactive. Prior experience within the sector would be beneficial.BENEFITS AND DETAILS:
